Liverpool interested in signing Leicester midfielder Danny Drinkwater

Liverpool are weighing up a bid to sign £14million-rated Danny Drinkwater from Leicester City. 

The Red's failure to qualify for Europe next season after losing the Europa League Final hasn’t changed their transfer plans – with Drinkwater still a major target. 

Liverpool coach Jurgen Klopp is hugely impressed with Drinkwater’s contribution to Leicester’s amazing title triumph and had his analysis team at Liverpool compile stats on the 26-year-old star. 

However, Leicester boss Claudio Ranieri will resist any attempts to entice away his key players this summer.
