Arsenal in talks to make Borussia Dortmund midfielder their second signing

Arsenal are in talks to sign Borussia Dortmund star Henrikh Mkhitaryan this summer, according to reports. 

Henrikh Mkhitaryan has been heavily linked with a move away from Dortmund in recent weeks, with both Manchester United and Arsenal said to be keen on luring him to the Premier League. 

Arsene Wenger is on the lookout for his second signing of the summer transfer window after the arrival of Granit Xhaka at The Emirates last month. 

Now, football expert Emanuele Giulianelli is claiming that Wenger is in talks with Mkhitaryan’s representatives about bringing the 27-year-old to the north London club this summer. 

Emanuele Giulianelli tweeted: 

"Talks Arsenal & Mkhitaryan. Wenger sees him on the right wing. Not sure how advanced they're at but there has been contact multiple times"
