Everton set to block John Stones exit

Everton will once again not allow defender John Stones to leave Goodison Park, according to a reports. 

John Stones is once again a target for both Chelsea and Manchester City, with the blues having had several bids rejected already by Everton. 

It is claimed that incoming Everton manager Ronald Koeman has been told he must make peace with selling Romelu Lukaku this summer but the club are keen to hold on to their other prize assets, with Stones' fellow youngster Ross Barkley also set to be offered a new deal.
