We’ll Take Our Game Higher Against Denmark – Siasia

Nigeria U-23 team gets set to take on Denmark in its second game at the on-going four-nation Suwon Invitational Tournament, Coach Samson Siasia has disclosed that his lads will take their game a notch higher against Denmark today. 

“This is one opportunity that we can’t let slip off our fingers as the NFF has given us a platform to play against three top teams going to the Olympics, so we must take full advantage of it and, hopefully, we will get the best legs to represent us in Rio.” 

“We are not saying we are here to win the tournament as a matter of do or die, but we cannot afford to lose all our games, as it will affect our morale going to Rio. That said, we must take our game a step higher than what we did against Korea,” Siasia added.
