Anthony Joshua shows off his muscles as heavyweight champion relaxes in the jungle

With his bulging arms spread out wide, and his mighty six pack on show, Anthony Joshua looks ready to take on the world in his latest Instagram post. 

Alongside the caption 'Welcome to the Jungle', Joshua showed that the preparations for his IBF World Heavyweight title defence aren't taking a hit as he took some time out on holiday. 

With his body looking in pristine condition, Joshua is determined to be ready for his return to the ring later this year. 

The 26-year-old has been taking time out in Thailand recently, but has not totally neglected his training regime as he shared a video of some light 'pad work' earlier in the week.
