Chelsea offer Cesc Fabregas to Juventus

Chelsea have offered Cesc Fabregas to Juventus, according to Italian newspaper Tuttosport. 

The report claims new blues boss Antonio Conte is planning on using Eden Hazard in a more central role, meaning Fabregas' importance has faded somewhat ahead the new season.

Juventus are interested in Chelsea midfielder Nemanja Matic but their former manager has dismissed their advances and since offered Fabregas, who they value at €45m (£38.7m), as an alternative. 

According to the reports, Juventus remain keen on a more defensive-minded player and are now likely to turn their attentions to Paris Saint-Germain's Blaise Matuidi.
