Four Europe Top clubs turn down Chelsea midfielder Cesc Fabregas

World cup winner Cesc Fabregas has been turned down by four of Europe's biggest clubs, according to the Daily Star. 

Cesc Fabregas was offered to Real Madrid, Juventus, Paris Saint-Germain and former club Barcelona, only to be snubbed by all four. 

The Chelsea midfielder is not thought to be in Blues boss Antonio Conte's long-term plans, subsequently putting the Spain international on the hunt for a new club.
