Juventus target PSG star Blaise Matuidi as Paul Pogba replacement

Italian Champions Juventus will pursue a deal for PSG star Blaise Matuidi should Paul Pogba leave the club this summer. 

Juventus have been linked with the Paris Saint-Germain midfielder, who could leave the French capital this summer with his future unclear. 

Matuidi started just 23 Ligue 1 games last season and has entered the final two years of his contract with PSG. 

And now, according to reports in France, Juve will attempt to prise him away from the Parc des Princes if Pogba does complete a move away. 

Paul Pogba is expected to return to Manchester United during the transfer window for a world-record fee. 

And the Old Lady will have cash to spend on a replacement – with Matuidi at the top of their hit list
