Napoli interested in signing Chelsea striker Diego Costa

Italian outfit Napoli are considering a mega-money bid for Chelsea striker Diego Costa, according to Corriere dello Sport. 

With Gonzalo Higuain having been sold to Juventus, Napoli coach Maurizio Sarri is looking for an additional striker to partner new acquisition Arkadiusz Milik. 

Diego Costa is said to be open to a move away from Stamford Bridge following a poor 2015-16 season, but is willing to stay and fight for a place in Antonio Conte's starting XI. 

Napolii will not find landing the Spain international easy, however, with Chelsea reportedly having already turned down a £51 million bid from Atletico Madrid.
