Marcus Rashford promoted to England senior squad

Marcus Rashford has not been named in the England Under 21 squad, with Manchester United's livewire striker in line for a senior recall. 

Having scored four goals in seven appearances for his club this season and after netting a hat-trick for the Under 21s in a 6-1 victory over Norway, the teenager is set to be picked by caretaker boss Gareth Southgate for World Cup qualifiers against Malta and Slovenia.
