Charly Musonda returns to Chelsea

Charly Musonda has returned to Chelsea for tests on his knee injury as Real Betis admit the midfielder’s loan could be ended in January. 

The 20-year-old spent the second half of last season on loan with the Spanish club but extended his stay in the summer to the end of the current campaign. 

But after an impressive spell last season, Musonda has struggled with injuries and has made just eight appearances so far this season. 

Musonda is now back at Stamford Bridge to examine the extent of his injury.
