Manny Pacquiao has courted controversy with his choice of political ally in the Philippines. 

The boxing veteran posted a picture on his Instagram page with Rodrigo Duterte, Filipino President, a man with divisive views who previously likened himself to Adolf Hitler. 

Pacquiao is known for his devout religious beliefs and added the caption: 'Trip to Cambodia. May God Bless everyone.' 

The WBO welterweight champion is accompanying Duterte on a two-day state visit to Cambodia.
