Swansea leapfrogged their rivals out of the relegation zone with a much-needed 3-0 victory which send Sunderland back to the foot of the table.

After a frustrating first-half for both sides, Swansea eventually got the breakthrough from the penalty spot – Gylfi Sigurdsson scoring on 51 minutes after Jason Denayer’s handball.

The Swans’ second was straight from the training ground, with the Icelandic star Sigurdsson’s low corner finding Fernando Llorente in the box and the Spaniard finding the net with a neat turn and shot.

With ten minutes remaining, Llorente then sealed the win with his second of the game – the former Spain international capping off a quick breakaway with a simple close-range header to earn new boss Bob Bradley only his second win in charge.
