Borussia Monchengladbach star midfielder arrives in London ahead of Arsenal move

Granit Xhaka is in London ahead of completing a move to Arsenal, Sportsblog360 understands. 

The midfielder has already agreed personal terms with Arsenal, and now it appears that he will finally seal his much-anticipated move to Emirates Stadium after weeks of negotiations between Arsenal and Borussia Monchengladbach. 

The Switzerland International, who is joined in London with his brother and parents, will sign a four-year contract at Arsenal after completing his medical and has requested Francis Coquelin's no.34 shirt ahead of the new season. 

Arsenal boss Arsene Wenger identified Xhaka as a potential signing at the start of last season after being resigned to the departures of Mikel Arteta, Mathieu Flamini and Tomas Rosicky whose departures have left a gap in the Gunners' midfield.
