Jose Mourinho interested in signing Chelsea playmaker Willian

Incoming Manchester United coach Jose Mourinho is reportedly planning a stunning raid on Chelsea for Willian. 

Mourinho, sacked by the Blues in December, is on the verge of returning to the Premier League to take charge of Manchester United. 

The Portuguese has already put together a list of transfer targets as he looks to quickly put together a squad ready for a title challenge next season. 

The former Chelsea coach is keen to bring in Zlatan Ibrahimovic on a free transfer and, according to reports, he also wants to be reunited with Willian at Old Trafford. 

Willian was Chelsea's standout player in a hugely disappointing season for the 2014/15 champions. 

The Brazilian was a virtual ever-present for the Blues and was named the fans’ Player of the Year and players’ Player of the Year. 

Mourinho is well aware of Willian's talents having signed the forward for Chelsea from Russian side Anzhi Makhachkala for £30million in 2013. 

And the Portuguese is now ready to sanction a £60m swoop for the 27-year-old as soon he is confirmed as United's new boss.
