Yaya Toure turns down £577,000-a-week offer from Chinese clubs

Manchester City dynamic midfielder Yaya Toure has turned down a £30million offer from two Chinese clubs to join them this summer. 

Chinese duo Shanghai SIPG and Jiangsu Suning are believed to be the two clubs to have made offers. 

Their offer would take Toure’s earnings to a staggering £577,000-a-week, only behind Cristinao Ronaldo and Messi in the terms of football’s top earners, according to The Guardian. 

The Ivorian would rather remain in the Premier League, but however, it is unlikely he will remain at Manchester City, with Pep Guardiola poised to take over.
