Juventus win second consecutive Coppa Italia

Alvaro Morata came off the bench in extra time to score the winning goal as Juventus saw off AC Milan in the Coppa Italia final to secure a second consecutive domestic double. 

The Former Real Madrid striker broke Milan hearts in the 110th minute with the crucial strike. 

Meanwhile, Juventus have entered the record books as the first team to complete a Serie A and Coppa Italia double in back-to-back seasons. 

Victory for Juventus have dented AC Milan's hope of qualifying for the Europa League.
