Liverpool have confirmed the signing of goalkeeper Loris Karius from Mainz.
The German Under-21 international completed his transfer after passing a medical and has been given the No 1 jersey for next season.
The 22-year-old is believed to have signed a five-year contract with the Liverpool and will challenge current first team goalkeeper Mignolet for a starting berth.
