Chelsea keeping tabs on Romania attacker Nicolae Stanciu

Chelsea are scouting £6million rated Steaua Bucharest star Nicolae Stanciu. 

The Romanian international is a central attacking midfielder, but can play on either wing. 

The 23-year-old scored 14 goals and made 11 assists last season to attract the interest of a number of clubs across Europe. 

Nichole Stanciu has also scored four goals in seven international appearances this year.
