Rio Ferdinand might have retired from football a few years ago now, but the former Manchester United ace is still included in each edition of the FIFA games – and he really cares about his rating.
The former England centre-back is given a FIFA ‘card’ as one of the game’s legends, with makers EA Sports judging attributes like his passing, shooting, pace and dribbling.
To be fair, he we think Rio has a pretty valid point here.Launch day of @EASPORTSFIFA are u sure!! In my prime.. 81 Pace & 65 Passing! Don't let me come in and have to tear the place down! #FIFA17 pic.twitter.com/6AaUPm10N0— Rio Ferdinand (@rioferdy5) September 29, 2016
Back in his heyday, when he was leading Man Utd to Champions League finals, he was untouchable in his position, and definitely faster than a paltry 81 pace.
