West Ham want Chelsea midfielder Cesc Fabregas

West Ham are closely monitoring Cesc Fabregas' situation at Chelsea and will offer the midfielder a way out if he is unable to cement himself in the starting XI, according to the Mirror.

A fine midweek performance against Leicester in the EFL Cup was followed by a start against Arsenal in the Premier League, but the Spaniard was the first of Chelsea's players to be hooked against the Gunners, further fuelling speculation that an exit could soon be on the cards.
