AC Milan line up January move for Fabregas

AC Milan are ready to make a move for Chelsea midfielder Cesc Fabregas in January, according to Corriere Dello Sport. 

Cesc Fabregas has been out of favour under Antonio Conte so far this season, making just three Premier League appearances for the Blues.

The Italian outfit reportedly tried to sign the Spanish midfielder in the summer, but Conte blocked Fabregas from leaving the club. 

But it is now understood that the Serie A side will go back in for the former Arsenal and Barcelona man when the winter transfer window opens.
