Chelsea are confident of signing Marco Verratti after making the Paris Saint-Germain midfielder their Top transfer target, according to reports.
The blues want to sign the Italy international in the January transfer window, but the French champions are asking for more than the £30 million that’s been offered.
Chelsea reportedly believe that they can land the 24-year-old for under £40m.
