Zinedine Zidane lavishes praise on Ballon d'Or winner Cristiano Ronaldo

Real Madrid head coach Zinedine Zidane has heaped praise on Cristiano Ronaldo after the Portuguese claimed his fourth Ballon d'Or. 

Speaking ahead of Real's Club World Cup semi-final clash with Club America on Thursday, Zidane spoke warmly about his player. 

'It is very rare that one player wins so many awards,' the winner of the 1998 Ballon d'Or said. 

'His fourth Ballon d'Or is a great achievement. It is not something you can easily achieve. Maybe he deserves a fifth Ballon d'Or.'
